T Boucher's BOC character: General Vakkan

A long overdue and anticipated design.

Name: Vakkan Venturaquist.

Home world: Assumed to be the Justicar home world, location and name is hidden. 
Rank: Grand Executioner, frontline destroyer and Emperor Ing's personal punisher. 

This here is General Vakkan Venturaquist, the Grand Executioner representative of the Justicar race for the Orion Empire. He is the younger brother to the current ruler of the Justicar race Ramman Venturaquist, he does share some similarities that is expected for a Justicar to his brother but the contrast between them is all but minuscule, but it wasn't all like that. In his early years on the Justicar homeworld, observing the training sessions that his elder brother undertook to become the Warden he is today, Vakkan took little to no interest in taking a mantle of upholding the law, seeing it as a silly excuse to keep people occupied and instead should be focused on preventing crime and disobedience with a mighty display of power, and then utterly annihilate the ones who still test the mercy of the law. As the young brute reached the age of 25 he was gifted an axe for his position alongside his brother to symbolise his ascension to the honoured role of Executioner, a role that is painted to be a hateful and chaotic responsibility, which Vakkan enjoyed more than he would like to say.  Always in his life, has Vakkan tried to surpass his brother in combat, he did not even try with leadership as he saw himself completely out of his league against Ramman, but even with his utmost strength and savage fighting stance Vakkan still remains second to one, his brothers tactical mind of a warlord always surpassed the berserker mindset of Vakkan however, it was plainly obvious that Vakkan was the most brutal fighter, it would take a calculating and precise fighter to combat the wrath of the Grand Executioner.    

Eventually, when the Orion Empire, led by Emperor Ing had visited the homeworld of the Justicar when Vakkan reached the age of 130, the entire role of the Justicar race had shifted when Vakkan and Ramman agreed and successfully joined the demonic Orion Empire, after Vakkan had slain his father with Ramman for seeing him as a fool to miss such an opportunity and the offer that Ing had made. It was however, when Ramman and Vakkan fought Emperor Ing did they see how outclassed they were, but him and his brothers show of willpower got them and the race into the Orion Empire. Serving as the upholders of the commanding structure and law, with Vakkan being graced with Executing exterminations to worlds that rejected the Orion's invitation and hunting down dangerous individuals that an army would not be able to take, over time he had became the trusted assassin to Emperor Ing and one is recognised by him for his brutal fighting prowess, though assassins are to be stealthy, Vakkan is not on the same page, seeing it as outright weakness and a display of fear. 

His most unique trait that sets him apart was acquired by a harsh side effect, it is no secret that the Generals to the Orion Empire are empowered with Demonic energies, even more so when the universal power of Aura was discovered, this process is what set his life in a different path. When Vakkan undergone the mutation that would infuse him with demonic and aura power, he had what could be considered a nasty side effect, the main one being the loss of his eyesight, caused when his eyes literally burned away to ash, his second one gradually occurred over time when his skin turned to a snow white colour that has given him immunity to freezing temperatures, even the vacuum of space is a walk in the park, often drinking liquid nitrogen for refreshments. On the other hand, his most terrifying trait had only occurred years after his mutation, for Vakkans eyes was not actually destroyed, but instead transformed into sonic sensors, this allows Vakkan to see the world in a 3d wireframe, able to see through walls and total darkness with ease as long as sound is present, able to hear a mouses heartbeat miles away if he focused so much, which actually leads to his flaws. Vakkan is a berserker, he holds some form of tactic but not enough to go against every opponent, often relying on pure strength to defeat his opponents and sometimes has indeed been defeated, making his rage even more consuming with every fight, sometimes even not being able to identify friend from foe.

Vakkan will play a vital role in taking on the remnants of the Diajin Federation, using his power comparable to Emperor Ing but with little to no focus in his attacks will provide a interesting field of destruction for the Orion Empire to walk upon in victory.
